Being broke sucks.
i've been totally screwed over the last months of 2008... my house payment was sucking up all my money, and i felt robbed from the current buffet of awesome games that came out right at the end of 2008. i couldn't get the new guitar hero, rock band, or even Left 4 Dead. =(

well i had heard from some friends that they lowered their payments, and that i should look up something called a "Short Pay Refinance". so after browsing the internet looking for any information i could, and basically running in circles, i found this website: http://www.shortpayrefinanceoption.com. i watched the videos they had on the site, and started learning a bit more about what i was into, and quickly learned that i was "Upside-Down" on my house, (if you don't know the term, it's basically owing more to the bank than your house's value.) and that apparently a "Short Pay Refinance" was in order.

so i filled in some info, and recieved an email stating that they had my info and they would be getting back to me shortly... shortly is right, they called same day, and i talked directly with one of their staff. well, long story short, i can now afford to get all the things i want, not just stuff i need. now if you'll excuse me, i have a tough decision to make: either smash through a million zombies in Left 4 Dead, or completely destroy Trapped under ice on Guitar hero: World tour. peace.
